15 Day Online Handstand Essentials Program

This at home program is designed for anyone looking to build a rock solid handstand and build a lifelong practice.
The program is split into 3 parts:
- PREPARATION of your body through key mobility and strengthening exercises to get your body prepared to get upside down
- HANDSTAND SKILLS. Learning the 2 main skills of the handstand: the kick up and the balance
- HANDSTAND ENDURANCE. Handstand specific strengthening exercises that will tone your body as well as give you the ability to hold the handstand for longer.
Over the 15 days you will work on these 3 programs 5 times, working on an area each day.
As well as working on your handstand you will improve your upper body strength, core strength and make improvements in your posture throughout this program.
This program is designed to be done entirely within your home. All you need is an exercise mat and a wall to work with. All programming is delivered directly to your phone, with videos of each exercises included.
