Michael conducts 1 on 1 and small group personal training sessions right in the heart of Melbourne CBD at the Jon Weller Studios: 29 Somerset Place, Melbourne VIC 3000 in a private training studio.
No gym membership is required to train with Michael.
Michael’s philosophy is ‘train, don’t drain’ – Training should be goal orientated towards stimulating the body, not to solely create fatigue. Training programs are designed to be challenging but also have the correct exercise content to increase mobility and flexibility to ensure there is an overall wellness approach to your training.
Michael also uses a system to keep clients on track outside of their training sessions by providing:
