Michael is a British-Kiwi living in Melbourne, Australia. His background in competitive soccer and insistence on training with too much intensity growing up led him to have a tight, injury prone and immobile body. This led him to change his whole philosophy on training.
He now spreads the word on training body and mind through developing Physical Strength through barbell strength and power. Skill Development through Gymnastic Strength and brain activation drills like juggling. Developing advanced mobility to give people the ability to move freely with strength through loaded and unloaded mobility drills.
